Our Windshield Repair Guarantee

We are a repair service. Our goal is to save you money and perform a repair whenever practical. We will recommend replacement only when it is in the best interest of the customer [and the insurance company].

Because an already damaged windshield is greatly weakened, it must be understood that there is a slight chance of windshield cracking during the repair process. Should this occur we can not be held liable for the cost of its replacement.

Once repaired, WE GUARANTEE OUR REPAIRS NOT TO CRACK, SPREAD or DISCOLOR for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

We GUARANTEE OUR WORK TO:

 

· Restore the structural integrity of the windshield and remain free of crack growth or destabilization.

· Remain optically clear.

· Pass all state and DMV inspections.

 

In the event that any of the described problems occur during this guarantee period, Robin Hood Mobile Windshield Repair will handle your claim as follows:

1. Conduct a courteous examination of the repair within 3 working days of the notification, as to the legitimacy of the complaint. This procedure is accomplished through a thorough examination of the customer's receipt/invoice and the repair itself.

2. If re-repair is approved by the inspecting technician, re-repair shall be accomplished to the customer's satisfaction.

 

If it is determined that a re-repair cannot be successfully accomplished, a refund limited to the amount of the original repair will be issued within 30 days.
